I just wanted to say Meagan from the front office is amazing! Every time I call with an issue she gets them resolved, she’s ... always polite, and she goes above and beyond to make sure we all enjoy living here at Trinity Square. She is truly a blessing to our community. I have sat in the lobby and listened to tenets vent to her; while she sat back and gave her best advice. We all feel comfortable talking to her because once again she makes all of us feel like family. No disrespect to anyone else but I just wanted to say Meagan does an amazing job. God bless her. When I was searching for an apartment to move into, I was looking for somewhere that had great value, was safe and quiet, ... and where the staff actually cared about the residents. I looked at reviews for every place I was interested in and Trinity Square had the highest rating. After a week of living here, now I know why. When I moved in, we discovered some issues in the apartment that were pretty major. (Not something that could have been foreseen unfortunately.) Since then Sandy has been amazing at doing everything she can to handle the issue. She has been understanding about how frustrating the issue has been for me, and I genuinely feel like she cares about making sure I am happy with the resolution. Maintenance (Patrick I think his name is?) has been quick and so kind every time he has had to stop by. What can I say other than BRAVO??my stay here has been beyond phenomenal. Ms Sandy the manager and Mr Andrew in the leasing ... office are always so friendly and helpful where they can be.I move to my apartment since 2015 so far I have no issues. Yesterday July 13 2021I called the office and spoke with Mr Andrew, I told him that my A/C was not working good then he replied I will send someone over, one hour later my thermostat was changed to a new excellent job;Maintenance is always out and about and I always see them doing things or picking up trash around complex. honestly made the application process really fast, communicate really good and they are respectful now just waiting to move. ...
