When I was searching for an apartment to move into, I was looking for somewhere that had great value, was safe and quiet, and where the staff actually cared about the residents. I looked at reviews for every place I was interested in and Trinity Square had the highest rating. After a week of living here, now I know why. When I moved in, we discovered some issues in the apartment that were pretty major. (Not something that could have been foreseen unfortunately.) Since then Sandy has been amazing at doing everything she can to handle the issue. She has been understanding about how frustrating the issue has been for me, and I genuinely feel like she cares about making sure I am happy with the resolution. Maintenance (Patrick I think his name is?) has been quick and so kind every time he has had to stop by. We are still working out the resolution but already I know I would recommend living here to anyone I care about.

My wife and little dog have lived here for 10 years. Sandy is the most gracious manager, always there to help. Andrew as well. We feel like the office and maintenance people are like family. Sandy is awesome! We hope to be here many more years. People can make a place good or bad, and the staff here only make things better. Here is to 10 more years! Keep up the good!

What can I say other than BRAVO??my stay here has been beyond phenomenal. Ms Sandy the manager and Mr Andrew in the leasing office are always so friendly and helpful where they can be.I move to my apartment since 2015 so far I have no issues. Yesterday July 13 2021I called the office and spoke with Mr Andrew, I told him that my A/C was not working good then he replied I will send someone over, one hour later my thermostat was changed to a new excellent job;Maintenance is always out and about and I always see them doing things or picking up trash around complex. Really nice and clean place to live, convenient to everything, I highly recommend this place??????????????????????

Love it here after a month 5 star honestly calm and relax the only problem is that entry gate it is kind of annoying to park by the handicap parking put code get in reverse and then enter the apartment area to go in but that is not a major problem but will enjoy if I get a gate fob it will make it a lot easy

I absolutely loved my time at Trinity Square! You can't beat the prices, and being right next to the Tollway is excellent for people who want to hangout downtown but not live there. I cannot rave enough about Sandy, Andrew, and the maintenance staff. They are very personable, fulfill requests quickly, and truly care about the residents. I will miss seeing them around everyday! It is a small community and if you have a dog (or outside cat) you'll definitely get to know your neighbors - everyone is awesome.

I absolutely loved my time at Trinity Square! You can't beat the prices, and being right next to the Tollway is excellent for people who want to hangout downtown but not live there. I lived here for 2 years during grad school and it’s a nice quiet apartment, with lots of room for the price. The front office staff is really nice and helpful, and maintenance was always quick to come fix something. Parking is probably the only thing that is not great about the complex, but for the price and location there was a lot to love about it.

I love Trinity Square because it is a quiet and calm community but more so because I feel the front office staff - Sandy and Andrew - go above and beyond to take care of their residents. This is truly the best community I've lived in and it's mostly due to those two individuals in the front office. The cost of rent is extremely reasonable for this area and you get a gated community. I have never not felt safe here, even out late at night. If you get an apartment here, consider yourself lucky- I do. They are consistently close to capacity. And I'm not at all surprised by that fact.
